Central Valley

HARVEST
Hand picked.Healthy, with good maturation and normal yield.

VINEYARD
Grapes coming from vineyards located in the Maule valley, Cauquenes area. The soil is stony and shallow.

WINEMAKING
Fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks at a temperature 16 degree C. It was over its fine lees for 20 days. Half of the blend has done maloiactic fermentation.

Alcohol 13,5 % by vol Total Acidity 6,5 g/L In tartaric acid pH: 3,12 Residual Sugar 6 gL
