A sensual, elegant and fruity wine with hints of strawberries and cherries. Ideal to drink on it's own or to accompany a variety of salads, fish and lightly seasoned meat.

HARVEST
Grapes from selected lots were hand picked at the end of March.

VINEYARD
The vineyards are located in the coolest areas of the Maule region. The alluvial soil has an excellent drainage and moderate fertility that allows keeping the yield controlled.

WINEMAKING
Bunches are cold macerated for 2 days before they are destemmed, taking extreme care not to crush the berries. Then it is carefully racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation and it is controlled at a temperature between 20 degree and 23 degree C.

TASTING NOTES
This wine is an excellent choice to match with fusion cuisine, sushi, and any white meat. It goes very well with some dry cheeses.
